CIA

I chose the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) as my I-Search topic beacuse I have always been interested in the culinary industry. At first, I was contemplating researching something from a different culture, like comparing a few religions in the Middle East, but I decided to research the CIA beacuse it will benefit me in the future. I am planning on applying to the CIA for college and I will hopefully be able to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
