The CIA has mulitple campuses in the united states. Aside from the main campus in Hyde Park, NY, there are the following: CIA at Greystone - located in St. Helena, CA, and CIA San Antonio, TX.
CIA in NY - Both culinary arts and baking and pastry arts are provided as courses here.
CIA at Greystone - This campus offers food and wine-related programs, considering the campus' backdrop is Napa Valley, the heart of California wine country.
CIA San Antonio - This campus was created to promote Lation diversity in the U.S. foodservice industry. This campus has a 30-week Culinary Arts Certificate Program and also hosts Latin American cuisine courses.
