Great blog. Your topic is unique and interesting, and is a subject that you care about as well. I've never thought about attending culinary school, and I've learned a lot of information after reading your blog. Youv'e collected a lot of information, and your blog is complete and thorough. Also, nice conclusion. It summarizes your research nicely, and gives people an overiview on what you discoverd. I don't have any real suggestions, nice job.
